Some of our smaller items, such as chopping boards and coasters use photography that are for illustration purposes. Meaning that the actual product that you receive may differ slightly, as no piece of wood is the same.
The larger items in our online shop are measured when built, and therefore the measurements seen on the shop listing is accurate.
Smaller items are made to order, and therefor can take up to 2 weeks to be made and finished and ready to be posted to you.
Larger items will be posted using a tracked courier service. Once your order is dispatched you will receive another email by our Couriers with delivery information.
Most larger products will require the customer to assemble the item. All screws or fixtures needed will be sent with the item. The customer will need a screwdriver/or allen key to assemble the item.
You can place orders by following the ordering process outlined on our website via the secure checkout method.
Successful order placement will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions. Completion of contract between you and Furniture by Pine will take place on dispatch of the products ordered. In the unlikely event we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Changes once orders have been placed but prior to dispatch may be permitted on the discretion of Furniture by Pine, however this must be communicated to us prior to dispatch.
Once your order has been placed and following successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email of the order and confirm approximate delivery timelines. Please note this is likely to be between 2-3 weeks.
Our prices are in Great British Pound Sterling and include VAT and delivery unless otherwise stated on the website or during the check out process.
Payments for orders are made at checkout via a credit or debit card.
All orders can be cancelled up to 48hrs after purchase. Returns and exchanges to bespoke items are not accepted, all bespoke orders are made to order and therefore we cannot accept returns.
Off-the-shelf items (such as coasters and chopping boards) can be returned, however the buyer will be required to cover the cost of postage back to Furniture by Pine.
Once the item has been received by us in it’s original condition then we will issue a refund.
Items that have been subject to mishandling resulting in an impact of the integrity of the product will not qualify for a full refund. We will assess the product on return and discuss a part refund with you or replace the damaged item.
All deliveries are made using third party couriers.
If you are based in Northern Ireland, Highlands or British/Channel Islands this may incur a surcharge however this will be highlighted in the checkout process. Deliveries to these areas may take longer due to size and location. We will contact you to notify you of any such delays.
Where more than one item is ordered, Furniture by Pine will deliver all items together unless stated otherwise.
For all orders someone over the age of 16 must be present at the property. Should you be unavailable for a delivery, it is your responsibility to contact us to notify us of your unavailability and we will aim to rearrange delivery to a suitable time.
Failed deliveries: If there is no one suitable to sign for delivery at the property at point of delivery, or you have misinformed us of your address or gaining access to your property is not possible for the courier to deliver we might be able to rearrange the delivery but please note additional charges may apply.

It is your responsibility to maintain care for the furniture you order has been delivered. Aftercare suggestions are available on the item description.
Wood is a natural product and therefore is subject to seasonal changes. This means that it can shrink, grow and shift ever so slightly throughout the year.
We use seasoned wood in order to minimise the risk of wood movement. And where possible, we use fixing techniques that allow for seasonal wood movement (such as when mounting legs to table tops).
If you require any maintenance to your furniture, such as re-finishing table tops, then please contact us viato discuss your needs. Please note that any re-finishing will incur a cost.
